Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. We will supply the agreed apartment, fitted to Visit Britain 3 STAR standard to include colour TV, DVD, CD/Radio electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board.
  2. Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks can be arranged.
  3. Normally, arrival should be after 3 p.m. and departure should be by 10 a.m. If the apartments are available, we are happy to be flexible about these times. Please just ask.
  4. Provisional bookings will be accepted by telephone and email and will be held for 7 days, A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking.
  5. The remaining payment must be received by us no later than 8 weeks before your holiday. For late bookings, payment needs to be made in full at the time of booking please.
  6. We will confirm your booking and receipt of your deposit by sending you a receipted invoice either in the post or by email.
  7. Once your booking has been confirmed, a legal contract exists between us. In the event of cancellation after confirmation and deposit, you are liable to pay the balance. If you cancel, we will do our best to rebook the apartments to other parties, but if we are unsuccessful, you will be liable for the full cost. If we can relet the apartment then any monies will be refunded less an administration fee of £25. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
  8. We provide all bedding (duvets) blankets are provided for extra warmth, mattress covers, tea and hand towels,cleaning equipment and toilet rolls to start. Please bring your own bath towels and beach towels if required.
  9. The apartments are gas centrally heated and have electric ovens. The cost of heating and all electricity is included in the booking price. All heating and electricity charges are included in the cost of the booking.
  10. There is a free laundry room for the use of guests.
  11. Guests have the use of the garden and terrace areas.
  12. Children are welcome. A cot and high chair are available for hire at £5 per week each. Parents must accept full responsibility for their children's behaviour and children must be supervised at all times.
  13. Well behaved dogs may be accepted by prior arrangement only, at a cost of £15 per dog per week. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and beds. They must not be left unattended at any time. For the reassurance of other residents and visitors, dogs must be on a lead if in the garden.. You are required to exercise your dog off the premises. Dogs are permitted on the beach where you are required to remove any dog excrement, for which special bins are provided. Guests must provide all pet requirements e.g. bedding, bowls etc.
  14. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartments.
  15. No liability can be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to occupants or their property during the period of their stay. You are advised to take out your own insurance.
  16. We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy of the property if conduct is detrimental to other residents or property. In these circumstances, no monies would be refunded.
  17. All guests are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy.
  18. The guests will be responsible for the contents of the apartment whilst in their possession. Any breakage, loss or damage to the apartment or premises, its fixtures and contents, must be reported immediately and paid for by the guests.
  19. Car parking is available on the premises. Please notify us as to how may cars you will be bringing if more than one car is to be parked.
