Booking an Apartment
To make a booking please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Prices are per property and based on a stay of seven nights, starting on a Saturday.
Short breaks can be arranged. (Excluding June, July and August - unless available at short notice). Please call for availability.
Dogs - (if accepted) £15 per week.
We accept payments by most major debit/credit cards. Cheques should be made payable to Merlin House Holiday Apartments.
Deposit of 25% at time of booking. Once we have received your initial deposit, we will send booking confirmation together with your receipt. Final balances must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Holidays booked within 8 weeks of the start your holiday must be paid in full at time of booking.
If, for any reason you have to cancel your holiday, any payments cannot be refunded unless Merlin House Holiday Apartments are able to re-let the apartment originally booked. An administration fee of £20 will be deducted from any refund made.
You are responsible for arranging your own holiday insurance.
